On most occassion we'll be able to keep your existing smart-home device in place, but as standard we will offer to install a new one with all Home Assist boiler installations. This will ensure that your smart-home device is as up to date as your boiler.
As standard, we can remove and dispose of your old heating boiler in a safe and responsible manner. Boilers can be incredibly hard to recycle, with many standard recycling yards not accepting them. Home Assist can take care of this awkward task on your behalf, giving you one last thing to worry about.
All Home Assist boiler installations are covered by 2 - 12 year warranty. This means that if your boiler breaks down within this period, you'll have it repaired free of charge, parts & Labour
